Half a stone! My first award, I'm so happy! It's been 3 weeks since I started and I would be lying if I said I wasn't surprised I've lasted this long. I've never stuck to a diet for more than 3 days before, let alone 3 weeks! I almost fell off this week, it was touch and go, 2 parties, half a terry's chocolate orange and chocolate cake... but I forced myself to put them behind me and got right back on the next day, and I'm so glad I did. best motivation ever!
