first day back

hi all

well im back once again. the last time i did cd i couldnt continue as a fell pregnant, so ive had a baby girl called maira who is 12weeks now.

i have so much weight and need to lose loads before 19th august as its my boys 3rd birthday.

already downed half litre water and 1 shake.
