if you've read all of that...a few questions!!

i think I'm eating too much, is it ok to have more free food if I'm not having many syns??
Do you think I'm eating too much fruit??

Then went out for brekkie and had 1 slice white bloomer with butter, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. 10 syns to be on safe side!

Jacket potato
Tuna (112g tin)
Lettuce, cucumber tomato
3 spoons salad cream low fat (3 syns)

Snack
Nectarine

Tea
Chilli made with mince (the cheap fatty stuff but cooked in small amount of water so all fat came out then drained) tinned plum tomatoes, 1 onion, 3 large mushroom, chilli powder. Ate half
Pasta
Lettuce, tomato and cucumber
Peach from pudding

Snack
Smoked salmon
Apple
3 mikado (1.5 syns)

Food looks lovely but regarding the mince...the 20% fat version you probably had is 6.5 syns per 100gr raw!
I know you think the fat has cooked out but most likely it was just water with a bit of fat in it...you can't make shortcuts like this, they will get you into serious weight loss trouble! There is a reason sw give you syn values. Cooking things in a certain way will only keep you from adding syns to your meal, it will never be able to take any away!
Please don't take this the wrong way, i'm just trying to help!
 
Ahhh ok thank you. Yes I did wonder if it would work but we had it in the freezer to use.... I know what you mean though there is going to be fat in the meat still. Will write off yesterday as a bad day!! Thank you for the advice :)

Pudding, fat free Greek style tesco yoghurt 1 small pot, 2 small peaches

Clearly over syns today as on 11 without my ice cream!! :-(
