First day on Fast Forward

Rosie....just out of interest....do you do fast forward forever now....or when you get to your target weight do you go back to normal SW or is it just a week thing?! Will be interesting to see how you get on! good luckxx

FF can only be used for 2 weeks maximum. Personally, with my consultants support, I followed it for a week. quite long enough
