Hi beanz82. Welcome. I highly recommend paracetemol and hot water bottles for the first 2 weeks. Any time you need them! Pamper yourself a bit. Hot bubble baths, etc. Rest if you need it. I am on day 5 of my restart and very sleepy! Going to bed early most nights.

Good luck and keep posting here when you are fed up.

hi and welcome, also good luck with the diet. just drink plenty of water get the anadin ready as paracetamol does not touch my headaches. we are all here for you when you need us. take care x

thanks guys i have decided to start tmoz 09/05/11 fresh week fresh start i am also having training lessons with my best friend who is a personal trainer i have to do this as i am so depressed about my weight i have always been a slim person so to have this excess weight i am really not likeing who i am at the mo thank you to everyone for your lovely warm messages and a good luck to you all xx

hi beanz! im comin to the end of my 2nd day and feel fine. havent had any side effect (touch wood) so far, i did this diet before for a month and lost 2 stone. I would suggest lots of cups of tea, ear grey is my fave! lots of baths, lots of teeth brushing and some early nights!!! good luck! x

well first day nearly done and its not been to bad however i feel a little edgy today hunger has kept itself at bay though hope everyone is doing ok xx

Day 1 for me today. Have had strawberry shake.

Nearly didn't start today though cus I woke up feeling like crap lol..

Roll on bed time :)
