Attack First Day

Sweets have been my absolute downfall and given me all my extra padding.
I started attack on 25 Aug and like you I crave the sweet I did have a few pieces of sugar free gum which helped but really this craving does diminish so keep going and the pounds should disappear.
Don't give in!!! Attack is tough but TOTALLY worth it...stick with it and trust me you'll be glad you did x I also head straight for sugar free jelly when I want a little treat, it's surprisingly effective x Oh, and best of luck, hope to see you on here after attack posting your incredible weight losses!!!
