First Day

Would be very grateful for any comments on my Diary today as I am unable to attend a meeting (there isn't one where I live) and I am following the programme using information picked up off the internet.

Not really sure which SW plan I'm doing - advice on that would be appreciated too. I am 13.5lbs and only 5 foot 4 so need to lose a fair few stones.

B'fast - None
Lunch - Jacket Potato with baked beans, lettuce, tomato and cucumber. 1oz of cheddar cheese

Snack - Cherries and cubes of mango

Dinner - Quorn pepper steaks (2) with a lot of Kale. Muller Fat Free Yoghurt

I'm not sure about supper as not entirely sure what I am still allowed to eat.

Hi an welcome..by the looks of that day Id say you best doing the green plan
I think you would still have 2 wholemeal bread to use or something else from the (b) section
on green you can have as much as you want of
potatoes
rice
pasta
beans

whereas on red/origional
lean meat
fish

obv fruit an veg is free too

Im not too up on the ee plan as I stick with the ones above
also couldnt see any syns? x
