First Day!

    Hi,

    Just started CD today, had my first weigh in last night and was shocked at how much I was. It was 5 lbs more than i'd expected but i normally weigh in the morning and without clothes. :sigh:

    Have been surprised so far that i've not felt hungry yet but its at night when I normally pick at stuff so maybe i'll notice it then.

    Hopefully i'll be posting in a week when i've lost loads of weight!

    Hi and well done on joining. It will be hard for the first few days, just hang on in there, keep glugging the water and you will be find hun x x

    Thanks, looking at everyone on here weightloss will help as inspiration. Think i'll just need to keep myself distracted!

    Today's my first day as well, and I must admit that I feel ok....
    Just making fish fingers for the boys tea and the smell is good but not good enough for me to cheat.
    Just put the kettle on for a warm drink and poured myself another pint of water.
    Early night tonight I think.....:D

    That must be extra hard to have to cook for other people while you're not eating! At least I just live with one other person so I can hide in my room while they're eating! Feeling ok as well just quite tired for some reason.
