first full day..

and im really hungry! not had dinner yet though, i had a bar for breakfast, a snack, a shake for lunch and a snack, having dinner soon (brought it forward an hour though as im so hungry!)

I have been drinking plenty of water, im aiming for the 8 glasses of day, at 5 at the moment.

Are the first few days hard? And i will stop feeling so hungry? I hope so!

hello well done and good luck i am on my 5thday and still finding things hard but we will get there if we think about it and put our minds to it i got 1st weigh in on thursday x keep it up x

try drinking some more.. i know its hard. but it def got me past the first few days, and now im trying for at least 3lts a day...
