Just bumped into a friend in sainsbiry's...

Haven't seen her since I started dieting and she noticed immediately I had lost weight.....

It's nice when other people start to notice.....

Oh i just love it love it love it! i have just lost nearly a stone and my friend has just come back from the Maldives and she said OMG how much weight have you lost !! you look fab! i felt like i was on cloud nine....until i had my hair cut really short in a funky style and now i look like a pixie so that elated feeling lasted a few hours lol!
