Don't feel hungry in the morning so a shake at midday and then another shake, a soup and a porridge spaced between 7 and 11pm. Similar pattern to Bailey, I like to get to be feeling well fed.
I have never ate breakfast when I was on a 'normal' diet so I seemed to have followed this when on CD. I understand though that this will have to change when I start eaing solids again.
So I generally have a shake/tetra around midday, however I can have it at about 11am if I am feeling a bit empty. The lastest I ahve that one is about 2pm. My midday shake/tetra is usually about 5pm but again earlier if needed. My final shake is around 8pm/9pm purely because thats when everyone gets in from work and cooking begins so it saves me craving if it takes me half hour to prep and eat a shake
