First Slim Fast weigh in... help?!

Hi all,

I have been trying Slim Fast for the first time ever this week. I went on www.myfitnesspal.com and they gave me a calorie target of 2200 calories a day to lose 1lb a week. I have been having a milkshake for breakfast, a banana at 10.45am, a milkshake for lunch and a bag of cheesy bites, and a normal dinner with a piece of fruit afterwards. If I stick totally to Slim Fast's 600 calorie dinner I would be way under my calorie target and I thought I might not be eating enough for my current weight so the dinners I've been having are appropx 750 cals instead. So i've been consuming approx 1500-1600 calories a day. I felt really motivated all week and was really excited to weigh myself this morning but have not lost ANYTHING! I felt sure I'd have lost at least a pound! I am going to keep going for another week to see how it goes.. but did anyone else find that they had no weight loss in the first week? And any ideas why? I am lost?!
