Food today

B = slice wholemeal toast with pate, 2 boiled eggs
L = salad with tuna mayo and 40g whole-wheat pasta
D = oven chips, battered haddock, garden peas
S = fat free yogurt with berries, orange, 10g dark chocolate, 1 French fancie
 
Have you talked to your GP about it Tess? I wonder if it's stress built up from your trip home, and all the worries about your mum? I get like that - seem to be calm and managing ok during a crisis, then fall to bits afterwards. Anyway, big hugs, deep breaths and you will get through it xxx.

What's a French fancy - and why haven't I had one?? :)

Not counted points today. Went to the Cinema with friends to watch Pet Cemetery. Very good. Had crisps and Harribo. Slightly over calorie allowance but walked a lot so was fine.
 
Not counted points or calories today. Having tomorrow off as its the Hillsborough anniversary. We are going to a service in church and put down flowers at the memorial. X
 
Well today went as ok ad it could have done. Husband got interviewed as well.

B = 3 slices wholemeal toast with 1 1/2 tsp butter, 40g cheese and one tomato
L = shared a big bag of crisps before church
D = 90g whole-wheat pasta with quorn mince Bolognese and parmesan
S = cinnamon swirl

L =chicken salad with salad cream + 2 ryevita
D = 3 veggie sausages, butter bean mash, onion gravy and garden peas
S = yogurt with berries, apple, 10g dark chocolate, 1 stem ginger all butter cookie

What's the butter bean mash like? Do you add spices to it, because I imagine it might need a little something?
 
Another boring day at work. At least I've got some training on other work and can do some overtime.

D = garlic chicken curry and 60g rice
S = fat free yogurt and berries, 2 apples, 10g dark chocolate, cake bar, lemon swirl
