Well seem like I am back on track. Done a lot more exercise and eating more healthy. My hubby is at his sisters for a couple of days so I ate less on my own. Lets hope the scales are moving down this week :) xx

I haven't really checked my measurements. I do calorie counting using MyFitnessPal.
Will see if changing my exercise at weekends helps. Done Zumba on Saturday instead of my usual walk at home.
Zumba always nearly kills me and I am still aching today :) x
 
Hi, how is everyone? Had a busy weekend. Went to watch the Giants in Liverpool. They were amazing. Did loads of walking and standing around. My legs are actually aching today. let's see if I have a good week. Obviously having cake at work is not a good start. :) oops. X
 
Sure the scales will soon move, the others are right about the tape measure-need to listen to this advice too :) xxxx
 
How are you doing, Tessa? :) Has there been any movements yet? Have you measured yourself too? I promise it does work, I measure at the end of each month and continue to be amazed by the results (not least the chest - 7 inches down there already!)

Hi everyone, I am ok. Had a busy weekend as my mother in law fell and broke her hip. Had her hip replacement on saturday. Very stressful time for hubby. Not really had time for exercise. But sundays food was good and within limit. today was not too bad either and I did an hour exercise. Hope everyone is ok. X
 
Oh bless her - and your family too! :( Hope all is easing now she's hopefully okay and everyone is calming down. Well done for the exercise :) x

Sorry to hear about your MIL hun, hope her recuperation goes smoothly - but well done on the food/exercise front, that's fab!
 
Hi everyone, my mum in law is doing ok but refuses to get out of bed or do her exercises. I doubt sh ever walk again if she carries on with her behaviour. Hubby is well stressed and frustrated. He's been every other day to see her as we live about an hour away. I've been working long hours upped my exercise and. Lowered my calories slightly. Done 20 min Zumba yesterday and it nearly killed me :D. Will see if I get thing moving before my holiday in 5 weeks.
