Went to the Doctors earlier and we trialing half the dose of my BP meds for the next 2 weeks. If it goes ok I stay on the lower dose. I will try to meditate more again to reduce my anxiety.

D = baked potatoes with light cheese and quorn fajita filling

I just use quorn pieces instead of chicken we like it.

D = soy chicken with mushrooms, onions, chopped tomatoes and tagliatelle
S = fat free yogurt with berries apple, 10g dark chocolate, 1 Viennese buttery swirl

Your brekkie is one of my all time favourites (albeit with about 10 times the amount of butter lol), and you've just reminded me it has been over a year since I had salami! Maybe after WI next week...
