I had a good read through your diary last night, from the beginning, and I want to celebrate how you have kept plugging away at CC, despite a lot of personal and work issues - and just look at your stats and how they are coming down. Go girl! :)
 
I agree with Susis, no matter what you just seem to be plodding away and doing well
 
Had a nice day dress shopping in Liverpool and afterwards wrnt to as BBQ in the German church. Really nice day. Bought a black summer dress and some CDs. Ordered a red dress for the event organised by my neighbours.
Not been good food wise today but will get back to it tomorrow. Going go the same cafe for a DJ session tomorrow as I did last week. Different DJ though. 🙂

Back to healthy eating today



B = slice toast with half tsp butter and 50g smoked salmon, 2 boiled eggs

L = chicken salad with homemade houmous

D = Mediterranean vegetable pasta bake (WW recipe)

S = fat free yogurt with berries, 2 nectarines, 10g dark chocolate



Picked up the red dress I ordered today and it fits. 😊

Food today

B = Toast with pate, 2 boiled eggs
L = chicken salad with 2 ryevita
D = Mediterranean vegetable pasta bake
S = fat free yogurt with berries, 2 nectarines, 10g dark chocolate, about 20g of Mars Easter egg shell
