Well, I did it again. I weighed myself. If on Monday I am the weight I am now I will acheive my first mini goal which is great!

I'll have to wait and see though but I am glad to see things moving along nicely!:happy036:

First goal done!!

Hey guys...

Well, I stepped on the scales this morning and have lost another 4lbs!! That means that I have reached a half stone loss!!:bliss:
I'm so pleased with myself! I went to my OH's parents at the weekend and even his mum said I looked like I had lost a bit of weight! She was probably just humouring me but hey - there's nothing wrong with that!!

The next goal is a stone away but I will persevere!!
