Hi Basher and welcome this forum is a great place to come when you are feeling stressed by it....believe it or not the weekend will go quickly! and keeping thinking of your weigh in on Monday will keep you going!!

Hey basher , I also started last Monday and had to go to a party yesterday! I was dreading it as I still had to help get the kids party food ect .
But I got through it and feel amazing!!!
How r h managing ?
