First timer with a lot to lose

OHs always lose more!! Mine is the same, could kill him sometimes, but at the same time I'm really happy for him haha x

Really happy with that loss! Expecting no loss or small loss so very surprised even though I followed the plan. Just shows that the plan works.
 
That's brill is this week 3 , my scales are up and down all the time does my head in lol
Yeah week 3 :) Well as long as you're heading in the right direction it's ok. I resist the temptation to weigh myself during the week so just stick to my once a week before my shower.
 
Ye I cnt got into a habit of jumping on first thing lol. This week is goin the same as last for me hardly anything if anything some days hopefully get another 2. Would be wicked if more the faster this fat comes off the better lol

Thanks. Yeah I'm amazed really to be honest! Still expect to step on the scales and not see any loss or a gain. I can only assume that it's the extra speed food and lots of fluids and green tea.

Losses are slowing down now. Trying not to be disappointed but I was good in terms of food. Try and get back on it this week with more speed foods and drinking more fluids! On a positive point people at work have really noticed a difference which is nice :)

Good loss this week :) Got a feeling that my bad week last week is going to impact next weeks losses. So really going to focus on being good for the rest of the week.

Officially the best loss I've ever had this week but not celebrating too much because I've been poorly (still am) so might have a rebound gain once I'm better. Still it's really good to see I'm so close to my first goal (2.2 kg to go), over half the way to being Overweight not Obese and a quarter Healthy woooo!
