Hi everyone.
I've been posting on and off for a month or so and first joined SW in Sept just after I turned 'the dreaded 30!' It didnt go well!! So I'm back, first weigh in today!
I've lacked motivation to get off my bum and do some exercise (which I used to love- well, kind of!!) and that has made me lazy and its all too easy to get the big bags of Sensations on offer in Sainsburys!!
Can anyone give me the spur I need? Great stories of how you did it and what kept you going?
I find that I stay for a few weeks, lose about 7ib and when my clothes start feeling normal again, I'm back on the Sensations and white bread!!
I love SW, its so easy to follow and a total life plan.... but clearly I need help!!
I'm going swimming in exactly 1 hour from now, and my 1st WI is at 6pm.... wish me luck please!
