First week back on track

His is my first week back on track since Xmas! I gained 4lbs in 4 weeks over Xmas and 1.5lbs over top end of target as I only weigh in once a month! I'm so worried that I have gained again rather than lost and I know i shouldn't but I keep sneaking looks at my scales, (my scales always show the same result as sw ones) has anyone been back in track since Xmas but still gained weight, am worried its still creeping on due to being totally off track over Xmas! Is it catching up on me? X
 
It can take a couple of weeks to straighten things out again. Just look forward now and keep eating healthily. Good luck x
