first week done..

well thats me a week in.. and feel really good no problems so far.. apart from the inability to go to the loo or even feel like i need to go.. which is totally surprising with all the veg i am consuming sorry tmi i know.. im sure it will sort.. i have til the 11th of november til i get weighed i really hope im losing weight.. i do feel healthier and no so lethargic . so onwards an upwards.. good luck everyone else too..

You're doing fab hun, and as for the constipation, you'd be surprised how many of us get that. Maybe try some senna tablets, or something like Dulcoease ( you can get them in the supermarket).

well done on your first week.you might not see yourself physically shrink so quick,but the feeling of being healthier inside is almost instant,your body is already so much better off,so thats a good sign youre doing things well :)

maybe have some extra fruit and like Ali said, if you have toilet problems that contine,something gentle like senna,will help.

congrats on your first week..

i think most people get the blocked up system...
i take a green tea tablet at night, and that seems to work for me.. :)
