Well done!!! I got weighed last night n 7lbs off for me for first week. Feels like I've been doing this longer than a week though... How are you getting on? Xx

Well done too!

Yeah I'm feeling fine now... first few days were hard in the afternoon. Theres no hunger now but some cravings! At the weekend there was a couple of events that I went to and drank water - I thought I was missing out, but then realised that I'm really not and it'll all be worth it. And it was!
