first week faux pas!

i have my first weigh in tomorrow evening and decided to weigh myself tonight and have sts! Have kept a food diary and been stocking up on fruit and veg. Have been going between six and ten syns and been doing third veg portion. Am really confused as have eaten way less than i usually would. Is it possible i havent eaten enough and my body deciding to hold onto fat?! When i did ww before i lost six pounds in first week. Sorry to moan but feeling bit dejected after being supergood and doing loads of exercise all week!

Hi there, I am the same! Have done slimming world before by going to a class. Have decided to do it my self using the pack I used last time. Stuck to it for first week and also stayed the same boooo!
Feel like having a bllody pear cider and a galaxy tomorow if have def stayed the same! Fingers crossed for next week! X
