First week going it alone - Thursday weigh in

Well today is weigh in following my first week going it alone - well with the help of bodyoptimise and on here lol.
I am thrilled to say by going back to basics and writing everything down I have lost 3.5lbs this week.
I am soooo pleased and now know I can do it alone and will continue my journey this way.

Well done you! I take my hat off to anyone who can do this alone, I'm not disciplined or motivated enough to do it on my own, which is why I still go to class after 2 years!!

Keep up the VERY good work and you'll get to your goal. xx

Well done, mate!

Maybe you could write down how good you feel today and keep it for those moments you may get a bit down? I find this really helps me to remind myself of the good bits when I get negative
