First week loss horray!!!

In my first week i lost 5 1/2 lbs am happy with that. I hope it keeps going so quickly!!
can anyone tell me if they eat a lot of Chicken? i tuck into that on its own when i am hungry is this OK???

Unfortunately it is unlikely to continue at that rate, 1-2lb a week is average and healthy.

Chicken's a great snack to have - and clearly it works :-D
 
Congratulations on your first loss. I would say that you should try and ensure you have as much variety in the foods you eat as possible so have your chicken but also include other low syn or syn free snacks to ensure a balanced diet.
