first week on diet chef

    Wooo Hoo - just completed my first week with diet chef and have lost 7lbs. Absolutely delighted, even had two Turkish Delight bars as part of my extra calories. It can take a while getting your head round this diet with extra calories etc. but also found slimming world confusing - must be me! Anyway got it sorted now and finding it very very easy.
