First week-Tuesday weigh in -help

Hi everyone
Starting a thread for support please!
Got on the scales today as it is my weigh day n I put a bit on i only know this cos I stupidly got weighed yesterday thinking it was my weigh day n of course i weighed less yesterday than I do today, I really feel like I am wasting my time as I have been to the gym 3x last wk n I started doin wii fit in the morning b4 wrk, so I don't get it!
However I am feeling fitter it just not showing in my weigh!
I vow to never go on the scales twice in one wk, does anyone think it's best to weigh in every other week so that it takes ya mind of them?
Does anyone else have this problem?
I am going bak to the gym again this lunch!
I know it's first week so am I wanting too much too soon? Sorry for the long rant guys x
