First week weight loss.

So first weigh in today and lost 2.75lbs! Now don't get me wrong i'm really happy with that but I was kind of hoping for that first week loss. When I started ccing last time I had a much bigger loss week 1.

I'm thinking though that although I didn't count for a few months I must have not gone back to eating the same as I had been as I kept 17lbs off so that could be why I didn't have the big loss as I hadn't had the big gain!

It's a decent enough start so here's to the next however many weigh in's (don't want to depress myself by counting how many!).
 
How many days had you been debating dieting before you started?

I was 13st 1lb when I was thinking about it, so automatically started being careful what I ate, didn't officially start my diet till few dats after that, by that point I'd lost 3-4lbs. So far I've only lost 1lb according to my home scales. So I'll have to wait till friday and weigh myself at the boot scales that we used last week to find out officially.

Still a really good loss hun, give it some more time!
