First Week

    HI I started the lipotrim on thursday now on my fourth day. first day was horrible couldnt stand shakes but finally found one thats ok, strawberry. hoping to lose 3 stone at least. really hope the hunger goes away an wen will the keytones kick in? seems like it will never kick in. All i keep telling myself is ive already starved for 3 days mite as well continue to get something out of it. I will cry if ive barely lost anything this week. Reading the forum is helping thou at least some people feel the same as me!:)

    Hi Anne-marie,
    welcome and good on you for starting, don't worry you will lose the weight at your weigh in, that's a given. Ketosis is just about there, normally around day 4 so that too will happen, just relax and it will come. Drink the water when you need to 2 to 4.5 litres a day and this will help with the hunger and the headaches if any. Next week you will be flying, this week is the toughest but you have done half the week already so don't go back now, keep it up and all will be well.

    Well done for embarking on LT. It's tough but worth it! Everytime I'm feeling miserable I come on here and look at everyone's fantastic losses and it inspires me.

    You WILL have lost a great amount- after your first WI you will be walking on air!!

    you`ve made the right step towards being thinner.
    the 1st week is definately the hardest but once ketosis does show up you`l feel much better, and just keep thinking of your 1st weigh in because it`ll be well worth it when you step on them scales.

    Thanks for responding it really does help speaking to people who understand. everyone thinks im nuts doing this but ive been thinking about it for a long time and am delighted ive finally taken the step. Good Luck to everyone an may we all be lighter next week! :talk017::talk017:

    Good luck with your first week, it is the hardest week but the WI is usually enough to make it all worthwhile.

    When I started last year all I had was the strawberry and flapjacks but now I love all 3 shake flavours so it is worth trying them again in a few weeks.

    Its hard to start with - my ketosis kicked in around day 7 or 8. just hang in there - it definately does get better... good luck with your journey.
