First week

I'm in week one and the first three days have been okay, but today has been horrific. I'm really struggling to stay focused on my goals. I work in a children's home and so have little option but to feed the kids (ha)! Is there anything I can do to make the hunger desist?

Hi Peter, all you can do honey is drink a bit more water, days 3 and 4 are notoriously the worst. Have you tried splitting your packs into half, and making up just half at a time so you are having more to use throughout the day until you get over this worst bit x
