First week .....

My first weigh in was tuesday and i lost 7.5lbs :) yey!!!!

i am hoping to loose 3 or at least 2.5 to make 10lbs :) but im happy at the end of the day with any loss!! I dont feel like i did last week i am feeling abit more bloated and unable to go to the loo as often .... Sorry for tmi but any tips at all??? Xxx
