First Weigh in for me tonight

Hey all. Well, it was my first weigh in tonight. I joined slimming world last Wednesday and have done the Extra Easy plan all week. I was 18stone when I started and I found out tonight at my first weigh in that I've lost 8lbs. I am absolutely over the moon

Wow that's brilliant!! I started Monday, so in a way I'm looking forward toy first weigh in but on the other hand I'm so scared in case I done it wrong I have been doing EE all week too

I too thought I was doing EE wrong as I ate so much (fruit etc.) but it appears I was doing it rite
