First Weigh In & Holiday


needs more willpower!
Had my first weigh in tonight. Bit gutted as i only lost 1lb. I've been really good (apart from sat at a party) and thought i would lose more. Hey ho.

Next week i'll be on the other side of the world so no weigh in. Anyone got any good tips for staying on track whilst on holiday?? xx

As Sarah-Jayne said, you could just not bother, or you could make more sensible choises when eating out. Either way, if you are doing lots of walking, you may be pleasantly surprised!
