First Weigh In & Holiday

    Had my first weigh in tonight. Bit gutted as i only lost 1lb. I've been really good (apart from sat at a party) and thought i would lose more. Hey ho.

    Next week i'll be on the other side of the world so no weigh in. Anyone got any good tips for staying on track whilst on holiday?? xx

    Dont bother! Thats my tip! Enjoy your holiday. Whats a week or two off plan when you have your whole life to diet!

    Thank you. I'm only going mon-fri so it should be okay. And i'll be doing lots of walking so hopefully i wont gain x

    As Sarah-Jayne said, you could just not bother, or you could make more sensible choises when eating out. Either way, if you are doing lots of walking, you may be pleasantly surprised!
