Hi all, Myself and my housemate (re)started SW on NY Day from home (although we're going to join local group when we can get there safely!) and today was our first weigh in since starting plan. I lost 4lbs!! I'm dead chuffed. I knew I would have lost a bit as I feel loads healthier, but wasn't expecting such a nice start Thanks to all on here who have answered syn questions for us...there were a couple of points when we went to eat some pre-prepared food and thought 'oh no! syn values!'
