First weigh in on 1000 plan and dreading it! What happened for the rest of you?

    I have now done my first week of the 1000 plan and dreading weigh inn tom as I feel massive and feel like i have ate loads.how did anyone else do on their first week on 1000??i dont mind maintaining but if i put on weight i will be gutted.:(emma

    Well done for your losses so far :)
    On 1000 I think I sts the first week, and lost the 2nd, but if you were to gain it is literally your stores filling up again, and it will come off, so try not to worry.

    Hey purpleflower, how did the weigh in go?
    I think i STS the same fromt he minute i moved up from 810, i didn't lose anymore lbs from then on. Which i was happy with.

    Well done of your fab losses, hope you are enjoying the 1000 after all those weeks of ss etc.

    I found having a diary to write in everyday really helped in those months fater reaching goal.

    well I stayed the same which Im very happy with! god i forgot how much I loveeeeeeeeee eating:)
