First Weigh In on Calorie Counting....

Well, I'm not doing CD anymore, so I probably shouldn't be posting this on this board, I probably shouldn't be here much at all but hey, tough, you can't get rid of me!

Well I've been calorie counting since... I'm not sure. Since whenever I made that decision last week, I think Thursday. Since I'm not seeing my CDC anymore, I'm having Monday as my WI day, and so this week I'm 2lbs down! According to the Wii Fit scales anyway, which are generally pretty accurate. So I'm pleased. Isn't as good as with CD, but considering I'm counting calories, and it's not been a whole week. I can happily cope with 2lbs!

Anyway, I'll stop rambling now!! That means 2lbs more and I'm in the 16s!

It's really easy to get into bad eating habits after coming off cd so well done for finding a good way to continue the losses.

You'll be in the 16's in no time!

Aww thanks :) I'm sure you won't be getting rid of me! I'll use the excuse that I will be back on CD to say that I can't go anywhere else! Just will be posting on Calorie Counting too, but it's a lot quieter there than over here!
 
well done its hard to keep loosing after cd how many cals a day are you on
