First weigh in.. :S

Well first weigh in today, and after a blip at the weekend (first time we've been able to go out together for 2 years, talk about bad timing) ...my loss was 5.5lbs. Obviously I am a bit disappointed with myself as I know without the blip I could've lost more, but it's still a step in the right direction :) My OH lost 13lbs!! Go him! :D

hey thats great even a loss of 2-3 always better than gaining :)

get past 1st week
get in to 15 stone
get in to 14 stone
get in to 13 stone
get to 12 1/2 stone

thats still great! well done.
maybe knowing that you 'could' have lost more if you didnt blip on the weekend can help you to do 100% this week. but if the blip was worth the quality time with hubby then who cares? what matters is that you got back to it and you must be very proud of yourself for that! well done to you and hubby :D
