First weigh in then i go and blow it

cant believe what ive done but thought id tell you then im going to bed, il try not to cry, and start again tomorrow.

Got my first weigh in, lost 10lb, very pleased, then i go to the shop and buy some chocolate. It was as if my body and mind was taken over by someone else because i dont remember doing it and only when i got home i realised what i had done and could have cried.

It was a very weird experience i can tell you but im going to put it behind me cos i have to and hope i dont go sleep walking anywhere tonight lol

Don't beat yourself up about it Jackie, go to sleep and start afresh tomorrow. Lots of us have given in to temptation so you're not the only one. Keep strong! x

Its over and done with. Just remember how miserable you feel now when next tempted to break your diet.
Tomorrow is a new day, so back on the road to the new you. Drink plenty of water and keep busy.

My down fall was dominos pizza! F**king adverts and delivery service!

I pigged out for about 20mins before realised that it wasnt very nice tasting. Then the bitter taste of failure crept in!

Thought oh well might get away with it this week but the scales never lie. had a low loss that week and felt OH so dissapointed in myself. I didnt even have balls to come on here and post my loss.

This week I have realised my mistake and with the aid of the peanut flavoured carpet tiles have lost 7lbs this week!

Slip ups happen! If you can get straight back on the horse you know that a VLCD is for you and you can use that experince for motivation.

After all if you didnt feel bad after a slip up you wont have the will power to stay the course. and realy the LT diet aint about food or portion size or exercise. Its about the shear grit and determination of dealing with the boardom of a restricted diet.

Keep on it only glace backwards for a reminder and motivation.
