    i lost 12 pounds :Dwell nearly 13 lol I'm so happy went in to ketosis day three and wanted food but not been hungry

    SO yeahhhhhhhh nearly a stone off :D

    I am getting weighed tomorrow but started 2 days after meeting my CDC so have only done 5 days so not expecting that much.
