First weigh in today!

I got weighed this morning have lost 4lbs in my first week!!
I am over the moon - I got slimmer of the week too!!
I have stuck to the diet and have done the following exercise:-
3 zumba classes
2 aerobics classes
1 hr personal training
For me - I think it's all down to the exercise. Loving RC - xxx
 
Well done, that is great, RC is great isn't it !!!

I lost a lb which I was disappointed with but got my first stone off, coming up to my water retention week so maybe I will shift more next week, keep up the exercise, I think that it is the key to a decent loss every week !!!
