Please bear with me as I'm new and this is my first ever post.
I joined last Thursday and have been following the plan religiously all week, had a wee peak at the scales today and I've lost 3 pounds. Now I know that 3lbs is a great loss and any other week I'd be thrilled, but I was just expecting to see a bigger loss in my first week... I don't officially weigh in until tomorrow evening and I'm dreading it because I feel like it's not enough. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
