first week was good and draged on near he end. just been to pub with dad, brother an cousin. just watched them have chicken tikka, kebabs, lamb chops, chilli chicken, chilli prawns, nan bread and a few beers whilst i downed a couple of bottles of water.

oh dal i know its really hard but it will ALLLL be worth it in the end...theyl have beer bellies waaaaay before you do lol..you can do it,,how long are you planning on being on tfr for? x

just until end of january, set myself target of loosing 2 stones, then start healthy eating to lose another stone slowely and hopefully keep it off.
