Hi there,I lost 12 pounds in my first week...

I know I started on Lipotrim - but have just moved over to Atkins. I will be interested to see if I maintain the loss next few weeks - that would be nice!!!

Brill loss Brian,

I have started Atkins after considering Exante. I am on Day 7 and lost 8lbs however I do feel I could do shakes and not feeling hungry and want to lose approx 2 stone in 6 weeks. Do you think Exante would do this......

Think you would be pushing it to drop 2 stone in 6 weeks, it averages out at 1 stone per month so 1.5 would be nearer the mark fattea.
