Hello Everyone!

I had my first weight watcher weigh in on monday after what felt like a looonng week!

I actually found myself eating more than I did before. I was forcing myself to eat breakfast which I never do and I was making time for myself to eat lunch which I also never do as I have a young baby so I usually snacked all day!

Couldn't believe it when she said I had lost 4.5lbs!

I am really happy, loving the weight watcher diet!

Congratulations on your weight loss, i too had a bit more to eat and drink and i lost 3lbs.
This doesn't feel like a diet i love it too
