First weigh in!

Hi ladies! After my first shake this morning I realised I'd forgotten to weigh myself, so I hopped on there and then. Whilst my scales and I have had a rather shaky relationship recently (the reality of being overweight is never one I like to face), this particular weigh in was much more to my liking.

7 pounds down!!!! I'm really thrilled :)

I'm also looking significantly less bloated which is a definate plus. This is really inspiring me to keep going!

Well done! I have been trying to lose weight for years and have lost 38lb in 7 weeks. It really works. I have amazed myself, and a lot of others I think. Just saying to encourage you that this sort of weight loss will continue if you stick to it. Well done!!
