    I've lost ... 7 lbs, and ..... 6 inches!!!

    YAY me!!!

    Week 2 will be a doddle.

    I need to get me a ticker thingy :)

    WELL DONE!!!! Cd is the best way to go. To get you ticker you can go to tickerfactory.com and follow the instructions from there. Godd luck with week2 but i am sure you won't need it, the 1st week is the hardest and you managed that so its plain sailing from now on.
