First weigh-in

    Well in my first week I lost 5lbs and 2 inches off my waist. I'm a little disappointed as my scales where showing a 7lbs loss. Still 2 inches off my waist isn't to be sniffed at.
    Day eight and so far so good (no cheating yet!)

    it depends what time of the day you were weighed and how much water/many packs you had before your weigh in as it all adds up.

    Just compare yourself week to week (and month to month is a better overall picture). YOu are right. 2 inches off your waist in a week is amazing. Well done.


    Remove that "yet" from your thoughts and your posts, and you will not cheat at all!

    Actually, the 2" are even better than the lbs lost as far as I am concerned :D. You start feeling a difference in your clothes?

    Congratulations on your weight loss.

    If it makes you feel any better I weigh different on my scales depending on where I stand, so I get weighed at Boots for 50p per week. I always weigh more on my CDC's scales as I go at tea time.
    Don't worry, it's all coming off whichever scales you get weighed on.
