Just had my first weigh in tonight - 7lb loss cant believe it. really pleased with that. Got taster week next week so need ideas guys on what i can take in ????

Firstly congrats on the great loss.

You could take something easy like sliced up low fat sausages, they usually go down well. Some just take in crab sticks cut in half or even a box of grapes if you don`t want to cook.

If there is something SW that you like to cook either on the day or the day before you could do that. You can take something not SW entirely as long as you can say what the syns are.

Some do mini quiche. Cooked in a little cake tin or cake cases. Fry little onion & mushroom, mix in eggs, salt & pepper, & cook in oven no 6 for about 25mins. Can put in a litle cheese too.
Some line them with ham first.
A pasta dish goes well. Not something too juicy but cold pasta with ham, sweetcorn, brocolli mixed in,
