oh! Well your health should always come first hey? no good doing a diet that is impacting on u that much! but still! a stone and a pound is a GREAT start to a new lifestyle change! and if you follow SW it does work too! so u should be fine :) just keep ur eyes on ur end goal :)
 
Thank you :) still massively determined just will take a bit longer but will still have the same outcome, yeah my health does have to come first I fainted when my little boy was in the bath and I live alone, not good :-( x
 
oh gosh :( no thats not good... well now you are back on the food u r fine right? still keep us updated on ur losses :) when is your weekly weigh in group?
 
yeh not too bad thanks! had cravings for all sorts of crappy fast foods this week! lol and my scales only show a loss of 2.5lbs so far since my monday weigh in! hopefully another 1lb will drop off before monday evening! i get measured for first time since i started too which will be interesting as i dont think i look any different...! but who knows hey lol i get measured every other week to tryand motivate me to keep going if i have a slow weight loss... if i can lose 3 or more pounds this week then i will be happy enough! the weekends arent too bad when i have no where to go as i can stay focused without food tempting me too much!
